近日，義烏市工商部門執(zhí)法人員在義烏市西站一區(qū)某居民樓內(nèi)，現(xiàn)場查獲90余箱標(biāo)著“Winnie the pooh”、“Barbie”、“Hello Kitty”、“Mickey Mouse”等名牌商標(biāo)的水彩筆、蠟筆、套裝畫筆。另查獲包裝盒等16000多個。由于當(dāng)事人無法提供有效的授權(quán)文書，執(zhí)法人員當(dāng)即予以扣留。
